Mental Health & Wellbeing
Mental health is a state of wellbeing in which we realise our potential, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and fruitfully and can make a contribution to our community. The South Coast Prevention Team work with partners across the sub-region to create mentally healthy environments. This includes working with early childhood services, schools and workplaces to implement the Mental Health & Wellbeing Benchmark of the Achievement Program.
